The
sleeves will be available for sale on the night (with the artist
setting the price of his or her work, and with all profits going
to the artist), and after the event we will continue to sell all
of the submitted sleeves through our shop. We will also be sending
the designs out to the press and blog world.
Moth In The Motor will be released as a
limited edition 10" in February. In addition to the artist-submitted
sleeves, we'll be hand painting and stamping the sleeves of every
copy- using linocut stamps created by Rachael Dadd herself. Every
pressing of this mini-album will be unique.

Moth In The Motor
Brown like mud Moth flew into town,
over my gate with the flags hanging down
Fluttering fast into the wind I am cheering you in, I am cheering
you in
Moth in the motor, I've been voting for you
Moth in the motor, I've been counting on you
Moth in the motor, and now I'm cheering you in
White like the stars, and so they follow, with their papery wings
and a collective glow
Green like lichen, and still they come, with their army of wings
And I'm cheering them in, and I'm cheering them in
For we've been wielding our machines far too much these days
And there is so much that we don`t need coming to stay
And is it just me, but there's definitely no one asking us first
Moth in the motor, I've been voting for you
Moth in the motor, I've been counting on you
Moth in the motor, and now I'm cheering you in
