Last night was spent at the ever-brilliant Cafe Oto for a night put on by the equally brilliant souls at The Local. Headlining was an artist who I’ve only recently been introduced to but am loving immensely – Laura Gibson. The gig marked the end of her European tour but she’ll be back on our shores at the end of November, which is very good news indeed.
Her new album Beasts Of Seasons will be released over here shortly by the good folk of Souterrain Transmissions. If you can, get your hands on the vinyl – it includes free downloads of both the standard version of the album, and a ridiculously great acoustic version of the album too. Awesome.
